Apply via Dice today!We are seeking an experienced SAP Engagement Manager with 10–15+ years of expertise in leading large-scale, cross-functional SAP programs. The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end delivery across multiple SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, EWM, etc.), ensuring seamless business process integration and alignment.Key Responsibilities:Lead project planning, define scope, milestones, dependencies, scheduling, and budgetingManage global delivery models and coordinate cross-functional teamsEngage with CXO/CEO/CFO-level stakeholders and drive executive communicationOversee end-to-end SAP implementations, enhancements, and S/4HANA initiativesEnsure integration across Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Plan-to-Produce, and Record-to-Report processesManage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectationsDrive solution design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live supportLead workshops, fit-gap analysis, and process standardization initiativesRequired Skills:Strong SAP functional knowledge across multiple modulesProven experience in project planning, milestone tracking, and budgetingExcellent stakeholder management and leadership skillsExperience with Agile/Waterfall methodologies and global delivery modelsPreferred:S/4HANA implementation experiencePMP/SAP certifications
