Job Description Part-Time CaretakerLocation: Chaska, MNHours: 10-12 hours per week with flexible schedulingPay:· Common Area Cleaning: $16.37 per hour· Grounds Work / Apartment Turns: $18.37 per hour· Snow Shoveling: $20.00 per hour (as needed)Are you looking for a flexible part-time job where you can set your own schedule and take pride in keeping a property looking its best? This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working independently, staying active, and taking pride in a job well done.What You'll DoIn this role, you'll help keep the community clean, safe, and well-maintained by assisting with:· Cleaning common areas such as hallways, entryways, and shared spaces· Vacuuming, dusting, and maintaining indoor common areas· Emptying trash and recycling containers· Walking the property to pick up trash and debris· Keeping entryways, sidewalks, and outdoor areas neat and presentable· Assisting with light grounds work including weeding and general upkeep· Helping with apartment cleaning during unit turns when needed· Shoveling snow in the winter months as neededWhat We're Looking For· Self-motivated and dependable· Comfortable working independently and staying organized· Attention to detail and pride in keeping spaces clean· Ability to work as part of a team and communicate with the Property Manager· Must be at least 18 years old· Valid driver's license required· Ability to pass a background checkAbout Metes & BoundsFounded in 1973, Metes & Bounds Management Company is a full-service property management company serving communities throughout Minnesota.
