Support the Classroom: Work alongside lead teachers to create a fun, welcoming, and engaging learning environment
Bring Learning to Life: Help implement our L.E.A.P. Curriculum®, adapting activities to meet each child’s needs
Keep Kids Safe: Maintain a nurturing, secure environment where children can confidently explore and grow
Connect with Families: Assist in sharing updates on children’s milestones through apps and conversations

What You’ll Need
High School Diploma or GED (ECE coursework is a plus!)
At least 18 years old
Experience in childcare preferred — or a strong passion for early childhood education
Ability to meet state licensing and health requirements
Caregiving Skills That Shine
Strong awareness and judgment to keep children safe
Ability to meet daily care needs (feeding, diapering, dressing, etc.)
Positive role model for communication and social skills
Energy and creativity to keep children engaged and learning
Patience, professionalism, and a calm, caring presence
Physical RequirementsThis is an active role! You should be comfortable with:
Standing, walking, and staying active throughout the day
Lifting up to 40 pounds
Bending, reaching, and moving around the classroom
Supervising children by sight and sound at all times
Spending time outdoors in varying weather conditions
