This is a temp-to-hire position that offers the initial benefits of weekly and electronic pay and accrued sick leave and retirement savings but can go internal to offer a wide range of benefits to include, but not limited to: holiday & vacation pay, health/dental/vision insurance, retirement savings, advancement opportunities and much more!PAY: $27.00/hrSHIFT: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm Monday - Friday with overtime as neededTYPE: Onsite onlyInitial Job DutiesProvide excellent customer service for internal departmental clientsRequesting equipment repairsSetup and issuing of cell phonesOrdering and issuing business attireProcessing and tracking stipendsFilingAdding new assets to database/ entering work orders in the databaseData tracking for several additional processesAnd other duties as assigned.QualificationsEducation - MinimumBachelor's Degree or a combination of education and work experience in a related field which provided the same level of knowledge acquired to complete the essential functions of the positionEducation - PreferredBachelor's Degree Accounting, Business Administration, or related fieldExperience Required / Area Of Relevant ExpertiseMinimum three (3) years of experience in a fast-paced office environment. Experience with data compilation, entry, review, interpretation, and metrics tracking and producing original documentation, analysis, and recommendationsSkillsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft software applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPointEffective time management, critical thinking, problem solving, and organizational skillsEffective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to discuss issues at a technical or non-technical level, depending of audienceStrong attention to detailEffectively handles multiple demands and competing deadlinesAbility to take responsibility for one’s own performanceWorks collaboratively with others on a teamHigh degree of integrity in handling confidential informationAbility to work under pressure, exercise good judgment, and make sound decisions in stressful situationsAbility to receive, coordinate, and assign various job-related tasks simultaneouslyAptitude for learning new systems and applicationsKnowledge of basic accounting and mathematical operationsReference and criminal background checks conducted upon hire.Please forward resumes or apply at www.atrstaffing.net for consideration.
