From full flooring to climate control, no element is overlooked when ensuring a safe, comfortable, and completely customized tented venue.The PositionWe are hiring a Warehouse Associate to add to our outstanding team. In this role you will support the operations team by assisting with loading and unloading of goods at the warehouse and jobsites, and supporting the warehouse manager as needed. This is an hourly, non-exempt (overtime eligible) position that reports directly to the Warehouse Manager.This is an overnight shift, Sunday through Thursday, 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM. We are looking for someone who is highly safety-conscious, dependable, and who works well as part of a team. This is a seasonal position through October with the potential for year round employment.Essential Duties & Responsibilities Oversee and assist in the safe loading and unloading of vehicles at the Greenwich Tent warehouse using forklifts or pallet jacks Follow all OSHA safety regulations, including proper PPE usage and safe material handling procedures Verify load safety and accuracy prior to departure Maintain a clean and organized warehouse, including truck/trailer interiors and exteriors Note any mechanical or equipment problems promptly Additional duties, as assignedRequirements OSHA certification is preferred Commitment to being reliable — punctuality and attendance are critical Positive, respectful, and a proactive team player with the ability to communicate and work effectively with others Able to effectively communicate verbally in English (bilingual in Spanish a plus) Ability to bend, squat, climb, crawl, kneel, and lift frequently Ability to lift 75 lbs., push 100 lbs., and have a full range of motion and dexterity Reliable transportation to and from work Previous warehouse experience preferred.
