Process Engineer (Ripon)

Extension is seeking a Process Engineer for a direct-hire opportunity with one of our clients located in Ripon, WI ! About the Company / Position Join a leading high-volume manufacturer with a vertically integrated supply chain (~80% in-house) and ~60% market share. This Process Engineer role is hands-on, focused on assembly and finishing lines, driving improvements in safety, quality, and efficiency within a fast-paced plant environment. Key Responsibilities Identify and implement improvements in safety, quality, throughput, and cost Support and optimize manufacturing processes using Lean methods Troubleshoot production issues and support daily operations Conduct time and capability studies Collaborate with production, maintenance, and engineering teams Assist with equipment selection, tooling, and process development Participate in Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives Qualifications BS in Mechanical, Chemical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering 2–4 years of experience in metal manufacturing, stamping, or finishing preferred Hands-on experience with assembly/finishing lines Knowledge of Lean, FMEA, root cause analysis, and process mapping Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Creo/AutoCAD a plus Schedule & Salary Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM $95,000 – $105,000 base salary Onsite in Ripon, WI
