Warehouse Associate Location: Sumter, SC Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM About the Role We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate to join a busy distribution facility in Sumter, SC. This position is hands-on with warehouse operations, but the primary focus will be on inventory accuracy and cycle counts. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, good with numbers, and experienced in warehouse operations. What You’ll Do Oversee daily warehouse activities including order processing, shipping/receiving, and inventory management. Conduct cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records. Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies quickly and effectively. Train, guide, and support warehouse associates, ensuring productivity and safety. Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently. Assist Warehouse Manager with workflow and reporting as needed. What We’re Looking For Previous warehouse experience with strong knowledge of inventory control and cycle counts. Experience in a leadership or supervisory role is preferred. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills — detail-oriented and good with numbers. Ability to lead by example while also working hands-on with the team. Forklift certification (or ability to become certified). Basic computer skills (Excel, WMS, or similar). Why You’ll Love This Role Competitive pay based on experience.
