Make a Difference One Meal at a Time-Join Our Patient Room Service TeamJob SpecificsLocation: 744 S Webster Ave, Green Bay, WI 54301FTE Status: 1.00 FTE (40 hours/week)Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 10:30am - 8:00pm, no weekends or holidaysPosition SummaryProvides hands-on leadership for Patient Room Service operations, ensuring high-quality service, patient satisfaction, and efficient daily workflows. This role supports staff development, drives operational excellence, and contributes to ongoing process improvement initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesLeads daily Patient Room Service operations in a hands-on capacityDevelops and maintains department schedules to support staffing needsSupports patient experience by addressing food service concerns and service recoveryHires, trains, coaches, and evaluates team members in partnership with Human ResourcesConducts performance evaluations, check-ins, and job process auditsOversees timekeeping accuracy, including timecard updates and approvalsUtilizes and maintains department systems (CBORD and related platforms)Supports safety initiatives, including investigation and resolution of incidentsParticipates in employee relations processes, including coaching and disciplineAssists with recruitment and position requisition processesLeadership & Growth ExpectationsDemonstrates critical thinking and sound decision-making in a fast-paced environmentIdentifies opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiencyLeads or supports departmental projects and initiatives as assignedEncourages innovation and continuous improvement within the teamPromotes a culture of accountability, teamwork, and patient-centered serviceWhy Bellin Health?With so many amazing healthcare organizations in this area, why Bellin?Bellin Health offers a proud, local history spanning more than 100 years.
