Job Description SummaryPassed the on-line course modules, phlebotomy training and skills validation for basic and advanced skills with an 80% passing rate or higher. Successful completion of the EKG/telemetry course and/or competency demonstration. Credentials: Basic Life Support required within 2 weeks of hire. Thereafter, must maintain.
