Corporate Incentives Attorney
A company is looking for a Corporate Incentives Attorney to join its Corporate Incentives team on a remote contract basis.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the firm's Corporate Incentives practice on transactional matters
Assist with analyzing, structuring, and documenting government incentive programs
Collaborate with partners and associates on complex, high-level corporate matters
Qualifications:
Mid-level transactional attorney (typically 3-6 years of experience)
Strong corporate or general transactional background
Experience with government incentives, tax credits, or economic development matters is a plus, but not required
Active bar membership in the state where you reside (required)
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting deadlines
