Senior Mortgage Product Manager

We are seeking a Senior Mortgage Product Manager with deep mortgage domain expertise and strong Loan Origination System (LOS) experience to help lead and scale a growing product organization. This role will serve as a key partner to product leadership, helping drive strategy, execution, and platform enhancements across critical mortgage technology initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Drive product strategy and roadmap execution for mortgage technology platformsOwn requirements gathering, user stories, prioritization, and feature deliveryPartner cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, Compliance, and business stakeholdersIdentify opportunities to improve LOS workflows, efficiency, and user experienceSupport system enhancements, integrations, and platform optimization initiativesServe as a subject matter expert for mortgage origination processes and LOS capabilitiesQualifications:7+ years of Product Management experience in mortgage technologyDeep expertise with Loan Origination Systems (LOS)Strong Blue Sage experience highly preferredStrong understanding of end-to-end mortgage origination workflowsProven ability to lead complex product initiatives from concept through deliveryExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and execution skills
