As a server you’ll be the guest liaison ensuring that we deliver an incredible, welcoming guest experience for all of our fans. A server at Silver Branch Brewing Company is the main point of contact for delivering warm, friendly, and hospitable experiences for our fans. Candidates must be attentive, patient, and willing to answer all guest questions to the best of their ability while operating with a team-oriented mindset to help their fellow taproom team members. This role is perfect for individuals focused on anticipating guest needs, capable of multi-tasking, and inclined to work well under pressure while maintaining a friendly disposition. An extensive amount of beer knowledge or willingness to learn about beer and provide thoughtful answers and recommendations to our guests is required.
