As our FOH Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of the dining room-leading, coaching, and supporting our front-of-house crew while making sure every guest leaves raving. Duties & Responsibilities: Lead the day-to-day operations with a guest-first mindset and high standards for hospitalityInspire, train, and develop your team to bring the Big Chill vibe to lifeManage scheduling, staffing, and shift execution to keep things running smooth as sea glassSupport hiring, onboarding, coaching, and team development with guidance from the GMChampion our "Enjoy the Ride" philosophy and infuse positive energy on every shiftHandle guest feedback with professionalism and care-turn challenges into comebacksMaintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for both staff and guestsKeep service consistent, procedures tight, and your finger on the pulse of the roomRepresent BCIH in the community and create buzz with your involvement and leadershipMonitor labor and operational costs to hit targets without sacrificing experienceStay compliant with food safety, health codes, and company standardsBe a strong, visible presence on the floor-you set the example! Qualifications: 3+ years hospitality experience with demonstrated managerial expertiseProficient in the following dimensions of restaurant functions: food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation, security, company policies and procedures, personnel management, recordkeeping, and preparation of reportsMust be eligible to work in the United States and possess a valid driver's license with reliable transportation to & from workMust be ServSafe certified and will uphold all ServSafe guidelinesFlexibility of schedule to assume responsibilities as needed, ability to balance personal & professional life; some nights & weekends requiredProfessional appearance, punctual, reliableHospitality soul with guest friendly demeanorExhibit a sense of urgency and be able to work in very fast paced environment;Advanced written, verbal, and non-verbal communication skillsWell organizedAdvanced leadership qualities and a desire to improveProficiency in basic computer applications, word processing, spreadsheet, internet, POSFrequently walk and occasionally bend over, twist, kneel, climb, stoop and crouch This position requires the ability to lift up to 55 pounds and maneuver 170 pounds as well as climbing up and down stairs quite frequently during shifts Hours & Pay: This position starts at $55,000/year based on experience with awesome employee perks.
