In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying low code and no code AI solutions tailored to various lines of business. Your primary focus will be to facilitate the adoption of AI-driven automation tools, helping streamline workflows, improve operational efficiency, and unlock new opportunities for the organization. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, conduct innovation sessions, and develop practical AI applications using platforms such as n8n, Claude Enterprise, Claude Coworker, and Copilot Studio. This position offers a unique opportunity to leverage your technical expertise to deliver impactful AI solutions, guide teams through adoption processes, and contribute to Moody’s ongoing digital transformation efforts.QualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess a combination of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a strong understanding of AI concepts. Requirements include:Minimum of 5+ years experience in a technical role such as systems or software engineer, technical business systems analyst, or similar.Proven ability to translate business needs into practical AI solutions using low code/no code platforms.Experience facilitating innovation sessions with diverse business units to identify automation and AI opportunities.Hands-on experience delivering AI solutions with tools like n8n, Claude Enterprise, Claude Coworker, and Copilot Studio.Strong capability to create step-by-step tutorials and guide teams through AI tool adoption.Ability to develop custom connectors for existing or internal tools used within Moody’s.Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.Deep understanding of AI principles, with a focus on responsible and ethical AI deployment and risk management.Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred.ResponsibilitiesYour core responsibilities will include:Leading the development and implementation of low code/no code AI solutions tailored to each line of business.Engaging with business units to understand their processes, pain points, and identify AI-driven improvement opportunities.Planning and facilitating innovation sessions to showcase AI tools and gather actionable use cases.Creating scalable, secure, and responsible AI solutions utilizing platforms like n8n, Claude Enterprise, and Copilot Studio.Producing comprehensive documentation, tutorials, and training materials to support solution deployment and user adoption.Collaborating with stakeholders to refine requirements, iterate on solution design, and ensure alignment with organizational standards.Validating, testing, and deploying AI solutions in a manner that ensures security, scalability, and compliance.Monitoring AI solution performance and continuously seeking opportunities for optimization and enhancement.BenefitsMoody's offers a competitive benefits package designed to support the well-being and professional growth of its employees.
