*Job Summary*
Responsible for vehicle and driver scheduling, task assignment and route optimization to ensure delivery tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
*Responsibilities*
* Arrange vehicles and drivers according to orders and optimize delivery routes
* Monitor fleet status in real time and handle emergencies (delays, breakdowns, traffic control, etc.)
* Coordinate information flow between warehouse, customers and drivers
* Record dispatch data and analyze vehicle utilization for continuous improvement
* Track driver attendance and task completion to ensure compliance
*Requirements*
* Experience in logistics, transportation or dispatch operations is preferred
* Familiar with local road conditions and transport regulations
* Able to work under pressure during peak periods with quick response
* Proficient in dispatch systems and office software
* Strong coordination, communication and emergency handling skills

* 有物流、运输或调度相关工作经验者优先
* 熟悉本地路况和运输法规
* 高峰期能承受工作压力，反应迅速
* 熟练使用调度系统和办公软件
* 具备较强的沟通协调和应急处理能力

薪资： $3,500.00至$4,000.00（每月 ）
