Role SummaryJRH is seeking a Technical Trainer & eLearning Developer supporting a Federal customer by delivering high‑impact training, developing digital learning content, and driving user adoption for enterprise platforms including M365, Salesforce, and InEvent. The role blends instructional design, change‑management practices, and workflow optimization to ensure smooth technology adoption across geographically dispersed teams.Core ResponsibilitiesDesign and deliver virtual and onsite training for M365, Salesforce, InEvent, SharePoint, Teams, and related enterprise applications.Provide one‑on‑one and small‑group Training Consultations to reinforce user adoption and address workflow‑specific needs.Develop 508‑compliant eLearning modules, Quick Reference Guides, micro‑learning videos, and “Tech‑Tip” content using Camtasia, Articulate, and other authoring tools.Produce and support high‑visibility hybrid and virtual events, serving as technical producer for Teams Live Events, WebEx, Adobe Connect, and InEvent.Build and maintain Power BI dashboards, MS Forms, and PowerApps/Automate workflows to track attendance, registration, CSAT, and training compliance—functioning as LMS‑adjacent solutions.Conduct needs assessments, stakeholder interviews, and pre‑class polling to tailor curriculum to business unit requirements.Apply ADKAR, PADDIE+M, and other change‑management frameworks to support migrations, rollouts, and enterprise system transitions.Mentor new trainers, support onboarding during staffing transitions, and represent the Change Management team in executive‑level engagements.Required SkillsExpertise in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Power BI, PowerApps, Power Automate.Experience training and supporting Salesforce workflows.Event production experience with InEvent and Teams Live Events.Strong eLearning development skills (Camtasia, Articulate, Captivate).Excellent communication, presentation, and customer‑service skills.Preferred QualificationsProsci ADKAR certificationSAFe Agile certificationExperience supporting LMS development or student‑portal learning systems
