Our team specializes in delivering effective solutions to drive business success. *About this role* We're looking for a NetSuite developer to build and support customizations across our client projects. You'll work on real implementations from day one, scripting, workflows, integrations, and reporting, with support from senior team members on scoping and architecture. This is a good fit if you have solid SuiteScript fundamentals and want to broaden your exposure across industries and functional areas. This is a remote contract role, open to candidates based in the US or internationally. Compensation varies by experience level and location. *What you will do* * Build and maintain NetSuite customizations: SuiteScript 2.x, SuiteFlow, custom records and fields, saved searches, and Advanced PDF/HTML templates * Support implementations and enhancement projects alongside senior developers and functional consultants * Turn documented requirements into working, tested solutions * Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing client environments * Write clear technical documentation for the work you deliver * Use AI-assisted development tools where they speed things up, and validate the output before it ships *Required* * 2–4 years of hands-on NetSuite development experience with SuiteScript 2.x, including at least three full-cycle implementations or significant customization projects * Working knowledge of custom records and fields, saved searches, SuiteFlow, and roles and permissions * Familiarity with NetSuite functional areas(Finance, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, or Inventory/Order Management) and the ability to follow business requirements through to a technical solution * Comfortable using AI coding assistants in your day-to-day workflow, with the judgment to review and verify what they produce * Able to work independently on assigned tasks, ask questions early, and communicate status clearly * Strong written and verbal communication * Reliable availability during US business hours for client calls and team collaboration *Nice to Have* * SuiteCloud Development Framework (SDF) and source-controlled deployments * Advanced PDF/HTML template development * Integration experience: RESTlets, SuiteTalk, or middleware (Celigo, Boomi) * NetSuite certifications: SuiteFoundation or SuiteCloud Developer * Industry experience in wholesale distribution, manufacturing, SaaS, or professional services * Prior independent contractor experience Pay: $20.00 - $55.00 per hour Work Location: Remote
