Benefits: $50-$55/Hour Health insurance 401K with Match Paid Vacation Requirements: Perform dental hygiene procedures, including periodontal therapies, prophy's, taking x-rays, and applying fluoride treatments Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and provide recommendations for at-home care Assist the dentist during procedures and maintain a sterile and organized work environment Document patient treatment plans, progress notes, and medical history in dental software Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient patient flow and provide excellent patient care Requirements: Valid Illinois Dental Hygiene License Graduation from an accredited dental hygiene program Proficiency in using dental software systems such as Dentrix Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
