The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, and supporting compensation plans, integrations, and reporting within Oracle Fusion.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, configure, and implement Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation (OFIC) solutionsDevelop and manage compensation plans, rules, and calculationsWork Closely With Business Teams To Understand Compensation RequirementsIntegrate OFIC with other Oracle Fusion modules and external systemsTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to compensation processingSupport data validation, testing, and system enhancementsRequired SkillsStrong experience with Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation (OFIC)Good understanding of compensation plans, quotas, and commission structuresExperience with Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP/HCM)Knowledge of SQL and reporting toolsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills
