Director of Facilities Asset Management
Job SummaryThe Director of Facilities Asset Management leads the strategic oversight and optimization of the organization’s real estate and facility assets, ensuring strong lifecycle performance and informed capital planning. This role partners closely with construction, facilities, and finance teams to align asset needs with project execution and organizational priorities. This leader drives data based decision making, maintains portfolio visibility, and communicates key asset strategies and risks to senior leadership. Roles and Responsibilities• Oversees the lifecycle performance of real estate and facility assets.• Develops asset strategies, capital plans, and reinvestment priorities.• Analyzes asset conditions, utilization, and financial performance.• Implements asset management standards, processes, and reporting tools.• Collaborates with construction teams to align asset needs with project planning.• Guides scope development and capital project priorities using asset data.• Monitors project progress to ensure alignment with asset objectives.• Prepares capital budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses.• Tracks asset performance metrics, KPIs, and ROI.• Ensures compliance with regulatory, safety, and operational standards.• Communicates asset strategies, risks, and recommendations to leadership.• Other duties as assigned. QualificationsEducation: Bachelor DegreeExperience: 5-8 years Physical RequirementsSitting, standing, bending, reaching, stretching, stooping, walking, and moving intermittently during working hours. Must be able to lift at least 50lbs. Must be able to maintain verbal and written communication with co-workers, supervisors, residents, family members, visitors, vendors, and all business associates outside of the health campus.
