This is an exciting opportunity to use your expertise in data, quality reporting, and cross-functional collaboration to turn insights into meaningful improvements across our organization.Summary:The DPN Quality Program Data Manager provides operational oversight for the organization’s value-based payment programs and related quality-reporting obligations. This position interprets payer and regulatory requirements; coordinates MIPS/MVP planning, data validation, submission, and performance improvement; and partners with clinical, operational, revenue cycle, compliance, finance, and IT stakeholders to support accurate reporting and strong performance. The manager leads value-based care and quality initiatives that rely on Epic as DPN’s electronic medical record and billing platform and Healthmonix as a quality-reporting and analytics solution. The role monitors performance, identifies gaps and financial risk, supports compliant workflows and documentation, and translates data into actionable recommendations that improve quality, patient outcomes, cost performance, and reimbursement.Schedule:Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm, eight-hour shiftsNo evenings, weekends or holidays!Upon completion of training this position is eligible to work from home coming into the office as needed.Why work for Dayton Physician's Network?
