We are passionate about serving  high-quality, chef-driven food   in a fast-paced, welcoming environment.Position Summary Crew Member at our Takeout & Delivery only restaurants plays a key role in executing high-quality food execution and order fulfillment in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment. This back-of-house position ensures accuracy, efficiency, and consistency in every order while upholding the highest standards of food safety and operational excellence. Essential Functions Food Preparation & Execution: Operate makeline stations, including sandwich prep & assembly and bread toasting. Execute recipes with precision to maintain consistency and quality standards. Prepare food efficiently to meet delivery time expectations Order Accuracy & Fulfillment: Accurately bag, label, and stage orders for third-party delivery platforms. Verify order completeness and presentation before dispatch. Coordinate with kitchen team to ensure smooth order flow during peak periods Quality & Safety: Follow all health and safety protocols to maintain the highest food and sanitation standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation. Adhere to NYC Department of Health guidelines Teamwork & Efficiency: Work collaboratively with kitchen teammates to maintain strong throughput. Communicate clearly during high-volume shifts to ensure timely production. Support prep, restocking, and closing duties as needed Attendance & Reliability: Maintain consistent and dependable attendance in alignment with scheduled shifts. Arrive on time, prepared, and ready to contribute to a high-functioning production environment.  Required & Preferred Qualifications Minimum 1-year food service experience (Preferred) Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Strong English communication skills (team communication focused) Comfortable using restaurant technology systems and delivery platforms Why Join Us?
