You will act as the company's technical authority, owning architecture, delivery, security, and integrations across a multi tenant SaaS platform that supports mission critical, real world workflows.While the product sits within physical access and operations, the business is open to candidates from outside PropTech. What matters is experience building secure, reliable, integration heavy SaaS platforms at scale.You will work closely with founders, product, and operations, shaping technical strategy while staying close enough to the detail to unblock teams and make high impact decisions.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the technical strategy and architecture of a multi tenant SaaS platform spanning backend services, web apps, mobile apps, and cloud infrastructureAct as the senior technical leader and escalation point across the businessLead engineering execution, delivery planning, and prioritisation alongside Product and OperationsOwn security posture, incident response, and long term risk managementDefine and govern API design, authentication models, and third party integrationsLead vendor onboarding and integration strategy across external technology partnersBuild, mentor, and scale engineering teams, setting standards for quality, delivery, and reliabilityEstablish strong engineering operations including release management, on call, observability, and documentationCommunicate technical decisions clearly to non technical stakeholders and executive leadershipWhat We're Looking ForSenior engineering leadership experience in B2B SaaS or platform environmentsStrong background in distributed systems and multi tenant architecturesProven ownership of security, authentication, and compliance readinessExperience operating on AWS and owning cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelinesTrack record of integrating third party platforms, APIs, or hardware adjacent systemsComfortable being hands on when needed, especially in high impact or high risk areasExperience scaling teams and engineering processes in growth stage companiesClear communicator who can balance technical depth with business contextBackgrounds from FinTech, identity, payments, marketplaces, telecoms, HealthTech, or other security heavy SaaS environments are highly relevant.What's on OfferCompetitive senior level base salaryEquity packageHigh impact leadership role with genuine technical authorityFounder and exec level exposureOpportunity to shape and scale a mission critical SaaS platform from the inside
