Volunteer Master of Ceremonies (MC)STEM Mentoring Program 10th Anniversary CelebrationWe're seeking an engaging, confident, and enthusiastic Volunteer Master of Ceremonies (MC) to help host our STEM Mentoring Program's 10th Anniversary Celebration. As the face and voice of the event, you'll help create an exciting and welcoming atmosphere while guiding attendees through the program and keeping the event running smoothly.Responsibilities include:Welcome guests and introduce the eventIntroduce speakers, presenters, performers, and special guestsKeep the program on schedule and announce transitions between activitiesEngage the audience with energy, professionalism, and enthusiasmShare key event announcements and recognize sponsors, volunteers, and partnersCollaborate with event organizers before and during the event to ensure a seamless experienceHelp create a positive and memorable celebration for all attendeesWe're looking for volunteers who are:Comfortable speaking in front of large audiencesFriendly, charismatic, and professionalExcellent communicators with clear speaking and presentation skillsOrganized, adaptable, and able to think on their feetReliable, punctual, and able to follow the event agendaExperienced in public speaking, hosting events, or emceeing (preferred but not required)Why Volunteer?Be part of a milestone celebration honoring 10 years of mentoring and student successDevelop and showcase your public speaking and leadership skillsNetwork with community leaders, educators, STEM professionals, and supportersHelp inspire students, mentors, families, and guests during this special eventYour voice and enthusiasm will help make our 10th Anniversary Celebration an unforgettable experience as we celebrate a decade of empowering students through STEM mentoring.
