At KD, we foster a culture built on innovation, teamwork, integrity, and excellence in client service, while offering a flexible hybrid work environment designed to support both professional growth and work-life balance.ResponsibilitiesManage a full litigation caseload from inception through resolutionDraft pleadings, motions, briefs, legal memoranda, and other litigation-related documentsTake and defend depositions and participate in mediations, hearings, and trialsCommunicate directly with clients and provide regular case updates and strategic guidanceHandle a broad range of professional liability mattersCollaborate closely with attorneys across offices and practice groups on complex litigation matters Qualifications JD from an accredited law school with strong academic credentialsAdmission to practice in California required4+ years of litigation experienceExperience handling legal malpractice, accounting malpractice, and/or other professional liability matters strongly preferredExceptional writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skillsAbility to independently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced litigation environment Why KD? Actual compensation will be determined based on market location, experience, skills, and job-related qualifications.
