Job DescriptionCompensation and Benefits$250,000–$300,000+ annually with uncapped production-based bonuses Malpractice insurance fully covered by the organization (includes tail coverage) 100% outpatient practice with flexible hours (Monday–Friday, 8AM–5PM standard; adaptable to your schedule)4 weeks PTO + paid sick leave and CME time/allowance Comprehensive health/dental/vision insurance + disability plans 401K retirement plan with 4% employer matchRelocation assistance/signing bonus negotiable Responsibilities and DutiesConduct 12–16 patient visits daily (mix of evaluations and follow-ups; flexible based on complexity) Perform comprehensive psychiatric assessments, including mental status, symptom history, and diagnosis using evidence-based treatment plans Prescribe/administer medications, therapy, and innovative treatments (e.g., TMS, ketamine therapy training available) Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (therapists, APPs, support staff) for whole-person care Document clinical encounters via Electronic Health Records (EHR) with coding support Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments proactively using data-driven analytics tools RequirementsBoard-certified/board-eligible Psychiatrist (required) Unrestricted California medical license + active DEA 19 2+ years outpatient experience (clinic or private practice preferred) Openness to treating all ages, including children/adolescents 25Comfort with collaborative care models and interventional psychiatry (training provided) #ZR
