Known not only for its legal acumen but also for fostering a collaborative and welcoming workplace culture.RequirementsCandidate Must have the following: Minimum 3 years of Products Liability Litigation experience within in a large law firm setting (experience will be current or very recent); Substantial experience Conducting depositions, oral arguments, and expert interviews; Engagement with Multidistrict litigation and/or coordinated state proceedings; Keen knowledge of Causation and/or failure analysis; Ability to handle cases from start to finish.Stellar academic credentials (Law Review and/or Moot Court accolades desired); Strong research, verbal & written communication skills, and analytic skills required; NY Bar.Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:Representing a diverse clientele including manufacturers, distributors, and sellers.Assisting clients in such areas as automotive, pharma/medical devices, tech, food, and consumer goods.Drafting briefs, correspondence, and responding to written discovery.Managing document collection, review, and production.Conducting depositions, oral arguments, and expert interviews.Aiding in Multidistrict litigation and/or coordinated state proceedings.Representing clients in court hearings, mediations, and trials.J-18808-Ljbffr
