VeloSource has an Interventional Radiologist Opportunity - Erie, PA Trauma Level Designation: Level II IR department has full time CRNP to assist the physicians Board Status: Board Certified; Board Eligible DEA Required PA State License Required (will accept candidates needing to obtain a license) Minimum # Years Experience: 1 Certifications Required: ACLS Estimated Shifts/Month: 10 Monday - Friday Day: 7:30/8:00 to 4:30/5:00. Weekday night call: Mon-Thurs 5PM through 8AM the following day; Weekend call: Fri 5PM through Mon 8AM. IR physician will be assigned to either vascular or nonvascular labs in the hospital. IR physician may see patients at the outpatient clinic on hospital campus, if needed.
