Supervisor III Material Planning and Control

Job Title: Maintenance Team LeaderLocation: 1175 E. 90th Street, Davenport, IA 52809Duration: 2+ Years (Highly likely to extend)Important Notes:Full time. This could end up being 2nd or 3rd shift. 2nd shift Hours 2pm-10:30pm; 3rd shift hours (9:30 -6) with occasional OT as needed. Should be able to work overtime when needed.Please submit candidates who are open to either shift.Local candidates onlyOpen to recent grads if they are able to help work with skilled trades on the floor.Will drive a client gator regularly at the facilityMetatarsals required from day oneDescription of Position:Supervisor- Will spend most of the time supervising skilled trades and helping themWork with Maintenance Senior Maintenance Team Leader to assure maintenance organization maintains cost structure line.Will be responsible for preforming weekly preventive maintenance audits to increase visibility and maintenance effectiveness.Skill Set Requirements:SAP experienceExperience with unions/maintenance/safety highly preferred - background in engineering also preferredMust be able to lead a team of union skilled trades that includes pipe fitters. Electricians, and R5s (mechanics)Active engagement in Maintenance Safety Culture.Experience with leading/supporting preventive maintenance program.
