Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for the Director of Sales and Marketing, located in Moorestown, NJ at our prized Harmony Village memory care community. The individual in this role will lead sales and marketing efforts, oversee sales operations, develop business strategies, and build strong relationships with clients, families, and stakeholders. Responsibilities include creating and implementing sales plans, leading a team of sales professionals, managing customer service initiatives, and identifying new business development opportunities. The Director will collaborate with internal teams to ensure CareOne's services reach and exceed the expectations of its residents and partners.
