Commercial Team Leader

This person will lead the commercial team to ensure the achievement of the bank’s financial objectives while also managing credit risk. Essential responsibilities: Manage the loan production with the goal of expanding market share Participate in the structure and underwriting of complex credits within the team Drive a positive sales culture Develop and implement departmental operating policies Oversee the management of renewals and extensions Credit risk management, including risk ratings and actions plans to resolve problem loans.
