The Area Manager will oversee daily operations, manage teams, ensure compliance with company policies, and maintain exceptional service standards. Responsibilities include supervising staff, conducting performance evaluations, implementing operational strategies, and addressing client concerns. The Area Manager will also work to identify areas for improvement and drive operational efficiency across assigned locations. Qualifications Strong leadership, team management, and conflict resolution skillsOperational planning, organizational, and time management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to analyze data, generate reports, and implement improvement strategiesFamiliarity with security or concierge services is a plusAbility to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends as necessaryBachelor’s degree in business management or a related field preferredPrevious experience in a management or supervisory role is highly desirable
