This is an on-site role focused on evaluating and treating patients in an outpatient setting while providing individualized, patient-centered care.The Physical Therapist will be responsible for developing treatment plans, performing therapeutic interventions, educating patients, documenting progress, and collaborating with team members to help patients achieve their goals.This role offers the opportunity to work in a supportive and uplifting environment that prioritizes quality care over high patient volume. Therapists are given the time needed to build meaningful relationships with patients and make a lasting impact on their recovery and wellness journey.Qualifications• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) degree from an accredited physical therapy program• Active Missouri Physical Therapy license, or eligibility to obtain licensure in the state of Missouri prior to employment• Strong clinical reasoning skills with the ability to evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and progress patients appropriately throughout their plan of care• Passion for providing patient-centered, 1-on-1 care and building meaningful relationships with patients throughout their recovery journey• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to educate, motivate, and connect with patients of all ages and activity levels• Ability to work collaboratively within a supportive, team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive and professional attitude• Strong organizational and time management skills, including accurate and timely documentation within an electronic medical record system• Commitment to continuing education, professional growth, and staying current with evidence-based treatment techniques and best practices• Desire to create a welcoming and uplifting experience for patients while contributing to a positive clinic culture• Experience in outpatient orthopedics is preferred, but not required• New graduates are encouraged to apply.
