The Tech Lead ensures technical excellence, alignment with customer requirements, and compliance with all security and program constraints. This role requires strong leadership, hands-on technical expertise, and the ability to operate effectively in a highly secure, fast-paced environment.REQUIRED SKILLSTS/SCI w/ Full-Scope Poly RequiredBachelor’s DegreeAt least three (3) years of specialized experience in Federal Government enterprise system managementExperience in complete engineering project development life cycleExperience explaining complex problems in the simplest possible termsExperience designing and integrating multiple systems, services and applicationsExperience and knowledge of various architecture patterns such as microservicesExperience with designing and implementing cloud-based solutionsExperience architecting solutions for Salesforce and ServiceNowExperience in developing/supporting complex technical solutions.PREFERRED SKILLSAdvanced degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, or Computer ScienceExperience designing and implementing multi-cloud solutionsExperience with emerging technologies
