Position Summary We are seeking a caring and dependable Infant Teacher who is passionate about nurturing babies during their most important developmental stage. The ideal candidate will provide responsive care, support early development, and create a calm, engaging environment for infants. Key Responsibilities Provide attentive, responsive care including feeding, diapering, and soothing Foster secure attachments through nurturing interactions Support sensory exploration and early developmental milestones Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment Follow daily routines and communicate with families about their child’s day Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations Collaborate with team members to support a positive classroom environment Qualifications Experience caring for infants in a childcare or home setting preferred Understanding of infant development and responsive care-giving Patient, nurturing, and dependable personality Ability to lift and carry infants and remain active throughout the day CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Ability to pass a background check and meet state childcare requirements Job Details Job Type: Full-Time Location: The T.E.A.
