Coverage Needed As soon as credentialed - ongoing Schedule: 15 shifts per month, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Mon - Sun Clinical Details IP Neuro - Hospitalist service The service supports the Neuro ICU, Neuro Step Down and Med Surg and stroke program Support Staff: NP/PA and at least 1 additional inpatient neurologist, full nursing staff for ICU, Step Down and Med surg units, stroke manager and 5 stroke coordinators No residents No EEGs required 4-5 consults and 10-15 rounds per shift (some with APP) EMR: Cerner Primary stroke center with Mechanical Thrombectomy services Requirements Experience in stroke care Must be board certified or board eligible NC License and NC DEA DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
