Job Description The Nigh Eye Group is looking for a full-time Optometric Technician/Front Desk associate with:- Exceptional customer service skills-Interest in eyes/patient care-Good intuition and initiative-Teamwork mentality-Ability to multitask and work well under pressure-Ability to work in a fast-paced environmentExperience is welcome but not required. We will provide thorough on the job training.You will be responsible for:Patient work up with case historyPre-testing: visual acuities, retinal imaging, oct, visual fields, intraocular pressure testing and other ancillary testingAnswering phonesScheduling appointmentsContact lens insertion and removal training.
