This hands-on role manages our LinkedIn presence, coordinates external events and speaking opportunities, directs video and photo production and implements internal communications strategies across our 400+ employee organization. The ideal candidate brings B2B-services marketing experience, appreciates regulatory environments and balances creative thinking with meticulous project management and attention to detail.Develop written and visual social media posts in conjunction with content publishing teamAdvocate for the impact and influence of NISA representative LinkedIn profilesEnsure training and guidelines are updated, clear, accessible and compliantOrganize decision-making event team meetings as neededCoordinate deliverables to external event managersFacilitate internal and external video and photo production for photo shoots and producing video contentManage timelines for content productionReview and manage SharePoint news and priority messagingQualificationsBachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing or related field3-5 years of experience in marketing and/or communicationsAttention to detailCompetency as a writer, editor and proofreaderAbility to create graphic designs with the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), WordPress and CanvaExperience using SharePoint, Microsoft Teams and Slack a plusAbility to manage projects independently and with minimal supervisionDemonstrated passion for communications, with a strong commitment to crafting clear, engaging and impactful messagingNISA's culture encourages collaboration and innovation.
