Candidates with a high degree of independent thinking skills who are strong team players are encouraged to apply.ResponsibilitiesThe Marketing Associate is a key member of our Marketing and Communications team, executing integrated marketing strategies that engage clients and expand our market presence. This hands-on role manages our LinkedIn presence, coordinates external events and speaking opportunities, directs video and photo production and implements internal communications strategies across our 400+ employee organization. The ideal candidate brings B2B-services marketing experience, appreciates regulatory environments and balances creative thinking with meticulous project management and attention to detail. Develop written and visual social media posts in conjunction with content publishing teamAdvocate for the impact and influence of NISA representative LinkedIn profiles Ensure training and guidelines are updated, clear, accessible and compliant Organize decision-making event team meetings as needed Coordinate deliverables to external event managers Facilitate internal and external video and photo production for photo shoots and producing video content Manage timelines for content production Review and manage SharePoint news and priority messagingQualificationsBachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing or related field 3-5 years of experience in marketing and/or communications Attention to detail Competency as a writer, editor and proofreader Ability to create graphic designs with the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), WordPress and Canva Experience using SharePoint, Microsoft Teams and Slack a plus Ability to manage projects independently and with minimal supervision Demonstrated passion for communications, with a strong commitment to crafting clear, engaging and impactful messaging NISA's culture encourages collaboration and innovation.
