AccessAbilities is seeking a collaborative, relationship-focused Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing ABA team in a flexible part-time leadership support role. This position is ideal for a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who enjoys mentoring Behavior Technicians (RBTs), being actively involved in clinic operations, and supporting high-quality ABA services — without the demands of managing a full caseload or supervising a large team. Unlike traditional BCBA roles: -There is no assigned caseload -No responsibility for managing a large client load -No direct employee management responsibilities Instead, this role focuses on: -Assisting with RBT supervision and support -Clinical collaboration -Providing mentorship and guidance -Supporting clinic operations and additional assigned projects/tasks This is a primarily in-person role due to the hands-on support needed within the clinic environment. Limited remote flexibility may be available for the right candidate after demonstrating strong performance and independence in the role.
