Together, we champion continuous innovation and collaboration in our shared mission to redefine senior care across the country.Job SummaryInfinite Medical P.C. is seeking a Travel Attending Physician to provide high-quality, on-site medical care across multiple skilled nursing and long-term care facilities within an assigned region. This role is ideal for a physician who thrives in a dynamic environment and is comfortable traveling to support clinical operations where coverage is needed.As a Travel Attending Physician, you will serve as the primary medical provider for residents, ensuring continuity and excellence in care across various locations. You will work closely with dedicated Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs), as well as interdisciplinary care teams, to deliver comprehensive and patient-centered care.ResponsibilitiesTravel to multiple Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) within the assigned region to provide physician coverage and supportAct as the primary care provider for residents, overseeing medical management and treatment plansConduct routine and acute patient rounds, collaborating with NPs and PAs to assess and manage careDiagnose and treat acute illnesses while managing chronic conditionsEnsure continuity of care during provider transitions or coverage gapsCommunicate effectively with residents, families, and facility staff regarding care plans and prognosisCollaborate with nurses, therapists, and specialists to provide holistic careSupport and mentor advanced practice providers in delivering high-quality careRequirementsMD or DO degree from an accredited medical schoolBoard certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or related primary care specialtyActive and unrestricted medical license (or willingness to obtain licensure in multiple states, if applicable)Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or post-acute care preferredWillingness and ability to travel frequently within the assigned regionStrong clinical, organizational, and communication skillsAbility to adapt quickly to new clinical environments and teamsMust be able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds and stand / walk / work on your feet up to 6-8 hours per dayBenefitsTotal Annual Compensation: $250,000 - $300,000HealthDentalVision401KCompany-Sponsored Life InsurancePaid Time OffMalpractice InsuranceWhy Work With Us?Make a meaningful impact on the lives of seniorsWork in a collaborative, mission-driven environmentEnjoy work-life balanceEqual Opportunity EmployerInfinite Medical P.C is an equal-opportunity employer.
