Job Full DescriptionLandscape Plant InstallerLocation: HopkintonPay Rate: $23-$32/hour (depending on experience)Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM start (40 hours/week, with potential for overtime)Position Type: TemporaryPosition Overview:Our client is seeking a reliable and hardworking Landscape Plant Installer to support planting and landscaping projects. This is a hands-on, outdoor role ideal for someone who enjoys physical work and being part of a team.Key Responsibilities:Install plant material using proper planting techniques, tools, and equipmentOperate hand and power tools (drills, saws, skid loaders, etc.) safely and efficientlyMaintain a clean and safe job site, including proper handling and storage of materials and equipmentWork effectively with team members of varying experience levelsCollaborate with crew leaders and team to complete projects on time and to a high standardRepresent the company professionally on all job sites Qualifications:Minimum 1 year of experience in landscape construction or a similar roleStrong communication skills; ability to speak and understand EnglishReliable and dependable with a strong work ethicMotivated and takes pride in producing quality workExperience operating equipment such as skid steers and other landscaping tools preferredValid Driver's License (DOT card or ability to obtain one)Hoisting License (2A/1C) or willingness to obtainAbility to lift 80+ lbs and perform physical tasks (bending, lifting, reaching, etc.)Comfortable working 8-10 hour shifts, including Saturdays as needed#3368STWaltham-Framingham, MA3368100 Crescent RoadSuite 3R
