The ideal candidate will utilize their IT data expertise to analyze gaps and build tools to support our operations teams. They will be deadline driven, accountable, and innovation to develop processes and procedures to drive efficiency within the department.ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Design, implement, and manage application enhancements and integrations between internal and external enterprise systems with a focus on Field Service Management (FSM) and GIS systemsDesign, develop, and maintain integrations across enterprise level applications and services using .NET, Python, JavaScriptAdministrator various database technologies including versioned systems using PL/SQL and MSSQLPartner with senior business and IT leaders to define long-term system strategy and roadmapLead complex, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple systems, stakeholders, and departmentsTranslate enterprise goals into scalable system solutions that support innovation, compliance, and operational excellenceCreate technical and process documentationLead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of large-scale software systems and platformsMentor and support other engineers, analysts, business stakeholders, and IT teams across the organizationStay ahead of emerging technologies and evaluate their fit for future business and technical objectivesServe as an informal leader and mentor to other team members, with the ability to effectively onboard, train and lead by example for Level I-III Analysts and EngineersPerform other duties as assigned by leadershipSUCCESS FACTORS:A strong belief in ZERO - Being safe 100% of the time is the expectationAlignment with company mission, vision, and valuesA high level of customer centricityStrong work ethic with an ALL-IN attitudeStrong team player with the ability to adapt to diverse team membersAbility to perform in a fast paced/high volume environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsA high level of time management, accountability, and prioritization skillsAbility to be organized, problem solve, and be solution orientedProcess improvement skills with the ability to streamline efficiencies within a team environmentSelf-motivated, goal- oriented, and driven to accomplish department goalsLeadership skills- ability to lead and motivate a team to meet project goalsProficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)WORK ENVIRONMENT:This role preferably operates out of ADB's corporate headquarters located at: 18777 U.S. Highway 66, Pacific, MO 63069 but may consider Remote / Hybrid for the right candidateThis role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptops, copiers, and cell phonesEXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:7-10+ years of System Analysis, Configuration and Programing experience with a strong preference for JavaScript, .NET, Python, PL/SQL, MSSQLExpert level in working with REST API, Graph QL Integrations, ArcGIS Enterprise/AGOL and/or other FSM, GIS platforms preferredBachelor's degree preferredHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredThe starting pay for this position is $110,000.00 and may vary based on the candidate's skills, experience, and qualifications.ADB Companies, LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
