Assembler (Entry Level)

Role Overview We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Assemblers in the Des Plaines region. This position is situated within the automotive metal stamping sector and is currently available on a temporary basis for a duration of several months. We offer two shift options to accommodate different schedules: Shift Details First shift runs Monday through Thursday from 5:00 AM to 3:20 PM at a rate of $16.00 per hour. Alternatively, our second shift operates Monday through Thursday from 2:30 PM to 12:50 AM with a pay rate of $16.25 per hour. Core Responsibilities Conduct visual checks on stamped components to ensure quality standards. Organize and rack parts efficiently to support production flow. Utilize industrial washing equipment to clean components. Improve the final product quality by deburring parts and clearing away excess material. Help maintain a safe and compliant working environment for the entire team by following all established procedures. Candidate Qualifications No previous manufacturing background is necessary for this entry-level role. Capacity to lift and maneuver items weighing up to 40 lbs. Requirement to utilize slip-resistant steel-toe footwear while on the floor. Ability to remain standing while executing repetitive manual tasks throughout the shift.
