As our UAS and security portfolio continues to grow, this role offers the opportunity to help shape meaningful work at the intersection of national security, critical infrastructure, and emerging technology. The ideal candidate is a strong analytical thinker who is curious about evolving security threats, comfortable operating in dynamic client environments, and excited to contribute to emerging UAS initiatives while helping build long-term capability within Partner Forces.What You'll Do as a Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) Policy & Program AnalystSupport UAS and C-UAS related policy, research, and operational initiativesMonitor and analyze emerging UAS threats, trends, technologies, and regulatory developmentsSupport the development of reports, briefings, presentations, training materials, and stakeholder-facing productsAssist with coordination across government, industry, and critical infrastructure stakeholdersConduct research and analysis related to critical infrastructure security, public safety, and emerging threatsTrack developments related to FAA regulations, Remote ID, BVLOS frameworks, and evolving C-UAS authoritiesSupport meetings, workshops, outreach efforts, and program coordination activitiesHelp grow and mature Partner Forces' UAS and security capabilities over timeWhat We're Looking For3–5+ years of experience supporting homeland security, aviation security, emergency management, critical infrastructure protection, defense, or related mission areasFamiliarity with the evolving UAS and C-UAS landscapeUnderstanding of UAS policy and regulatory topics, including FAA Part 107, Remote ID, or related frameworksFoundational understanding of C-UAS technologies and operational considerationsStrong research, analytical, writing, and communication skillsAbility to synthesize complex information into clear and actionable insightsComfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving client environmentsStrong collaboration and stakeholder engagement skillsPreferred QualificationsFAA Part 107 Remote Pilot CertificateExperience supporting DHS, CISA, FAA, DoD, or critical infrastructure security programsFamiliarity with security planning, risk analysis, or emerging technology initiativesExperience supporting trainings, workshops, stakeholder engagement, or operational coordination effortsInterest in helping build and shape emerging UAS capabilities within a growing consulting environmentNext Steps:If your application looks like a match, someone from our People Operations team will reach out to schedule a phone screening.
