With more than 35 years of industry experience, the company supports technology in over one million rooms across 8,000+ hotels, resorts, senior living communities, multifamily properties, condominiums, and mixed-use developments.About the RoleThe Video Install Manager is responsible for leading the implementation, installation, configuration, and support of advanced video technology solutions. This role combines project management, technical troubleshooting, remote engineering, and customer support to ensure successful deployments and exceptional customer experiences. The position is primarily remote with occasional travel and on-site project responsibilities.ResponsibilitiesInstall, configure, test, and deploy video technology solutions.Troubleshoot and resolve video system performance issues.Configure and support COM, DRE, AEP, Casting, OTT, and related video platforms.Produce detailed technical documentation for installations and system configurations.Collaborate with project managers and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.Complete assigned projects within established timelines and budgets.Provide remote, onsite, and on-call technical support as required.Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.Ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, and best practices.Continuously improve technical knowledge and contribute innovative solutions.QualificationsMinimum of 3 years of experience in video installation, video engineering, or related technical roles.Experience deploying, configuring, monitoring, and troubleshooting video systems.Strong knowledge of DIRECTV technologies including COM, DRE, AEP, Casting, and OTT systems.Relevant certifications in video technologies are an advantage.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Teams, and Microsoft Project.Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.Willingness to travel approximately 10%.Required SkillsVideo InstallationVideo EngineeringProject ManagementTechnical SupportVideo System ConfigurationSystem TroubleshootingDIRECTV SystemsCOMDREAEPCasting TechnologiesOTT SystemsRemote EngineeringWindows Operating SystemMicrosoft ExcelMicrosoft WordMicrosoft OutlookMicrosoft TeamsSharePointMicrosoft ProjectDocumentationCustomer ServiceCommunication SkillsProblem SolvingTeam CollaborationTime ManagementPay range and compensation packageMedical, dental, orthodontic, and vision insurance.
