Motion Graphic Designer

OverviewCorporate Tools is hiring a Motion Graphic Designer for $75,000/year. You will be a traditional company employee. This is a remote position, but if you’re near one of our local offices, you’re welcome to come hangout with us in-office as well. Our main offices are in Post Falls, ID, and Spokane, WA; we also have satellite offices in Austin, TX, and Salt Lake City, UT. You’ll be working 40 hours a week and, of course, enjoy great company benefits.As a Motion Graphic Designer you’ll be given many projects, some small, some large to bolster our marketing website content. Our ideal candidate would be someone who has been successful in a full-time in-house position. (social ads, organic social content, email assets, display, website and more)Understand needs, design storyboards, create and edit animationsContribute to larger projects as a member of the Video Production teamGive and receive constructive & creative feedback across teamsCollaborate with other designers, developers, & stakeholdersUtilize conceptual and design skills to bring ideas to life.Shape the details of motion projects with cutting-edge techniques and technologies.Coordinate with programmers on integrating functions and objects into visual designs.RequirementsBachelor’s degree or certificate in computer animation, fine arts, graphic design, or related field2-3 years of professional experience in a motion designer roleA portfolio we can viewExpert in Adobe After Effects & PremiereProficient in Adobe Illustrator & PhotoshopStrong understanding of visual storytelling, typography, color theory, and design principlesAbility to transform general vision and context into creative and effective visual assets.Attention to detail, adaptability, and receptiveness to feedback and directionAbility to work independently or with a team to develop animations and solve problemsBonus: Experience with Blender or Adobe Animate
