By joining us, you don’t just become part of our success story; you help shape the future and continue our rich legacy that started back in 1874.Join us as aField Customer Service RepYour Main ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities and Duties:Receive claims from CMT, generate and release SAP claim orders to operations, follow up with production team to complete the orders being processed efficientlyWork with QA and engineering team to define CMT claim causesGenerate CMT claim to sister plants for “POH” Escalators, moving walks and defective components, follow up the CMT claims status and communicate it to internal and external customers timelyCollect and summarize claim information, provide it to QA and other functions to complete further analysis and track root cause of claimsCommunicate quality issues / corrective actions to the field, monthly.Works cross-functionally to assist in reduction of product and process cost through shared input from customer and field techniciansEnsures all necessary transactions are completed timely and accurately according to processConstructively participates in Team meetingsAttends and participates in all required safety and job-specific trainingAdheres to all safety rules, provides improvement suggestions, and reports or corrects safety issues immediately.What You BringTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. A BA in engineering or related field highly preferred 3+ years in a manufacturing setting orEquivalent combination of education and experience.
