As an Entry Level AT&T Representative, you will connect with our customers in person to promote AT&T Fiber as the ultimate connectivity solution. The Entry Level AT&T Representative will also assess plan suitability in person and turn our prospects into satisfied AT&T Fiber customers. *Responsibilities of the Entry Level AT&T Representative* * Engage with our customers in person in sales discussions that uncover internet challenges and present AT&T Fiber as a practical, everyday upgrade. * Walk customers through plan comparisons in person, emphasizing fiber’s consistent performance without overwhelming technical jargon. * Offer responsive solutions to account or service concerns, weaving in Fiber’s reliability as part of the conversation. * Assist with installation scheduling to make the sales process seamless and reassuring for new subscribers. * Highlight fiber’s everyday benefits—like smoother video calls or gaming—through relatable examples. * Document customer needs carefully to ensure future sales interactions feel personalized and efficient. *Qualifications of the Entry Level AT&T Representative* * A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. * Experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but not required. * Self-motivated attitude with the drive to meet and exceed individual sales goals. * Professional and confident sales abilities that foster immediate trust with customers. * Talent for translating features of fiber optics, 5G networks, and Wi-Fi solutions into simple terms. Pay: $3,500.00 - $5,500.00 per month Work Location: In person
