Participation in civil litigation, management of litigation docket, drafting of pleadings, briefs, attend court hearings, depositions. The practice focus is on personal injury claims, workers' compensation, social security disability, employment/discrimination claims and other civil litigation.QualificationsBar admitted in CT and federal bar admissionExperience in providing legal advice and managing case filesStrong research skills to support case preparation and legal strategiesEffective negotiation skills with the ability to achieve favorable outcomesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a professional setting
